Tony Haigh - Certified Canine Handler
Tony was first certified in December 2009 and Tony was the first Handler at Pioneer to kick off the business. He concentrated his efforts in helping non-profit and low income housing properties get control of bedbugs as efficiently as possible. Tony’s prior resident manager experience for a property who overcame a bedbug infestation, speaks to the value he brings in assisting others properties with awareness, control and educating tenants about the prevention and treatment of bedbugs.

Michele Cruzat - Certified Canine Handler
Michele has been a valued employee of Pioneer Human Services for 3 years before joining the canine detection team. A certified handler since November 2010, Michele’s canine experience and certification specializes in the toy rewarded dog (vs. food reward) and she currently handles the only toy reward dog in the Northwest. Michele is a wealth of information in managing bedbugs and is another great source of recommending the best bedbug solutions available to you.
